1. Introduction

Welcome to Woucloo! This platform is all about trading clothes, not buying or selling. If you have clothes sitting unused in your wardrobe, it’s time to swap them for something you really want. Whether it’s shoes, shirts, or jackets, you can find anything you're looking for right here.

The buttons on Woucloo are like our platform’s currency. You can use them to advertise your items on the homepage, boosting visibility to get more attention to your profile and closet. Buttons can also be used to claim clothes in the Boutique section. When you see an item you'd like to swap for, you can use your buttons to claim it and complete the trade.

Best part? Woucloo has no fees to trade clothes. You can trade with anyone, anywhere, and for any type of clothing.


2. Getting Started

Sign Up for Woucloo:

  1. Go to the Sign Up page.
  2. Fill out the form with your:
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Password (at least 8 characters)
  3. Once the form is complete, hit Sign Up.
  4. Verify your email: Check your inbox for a verification email. Click the link to confirm your account.

After verifying, you can log in and start exploring!

  • After email verification, you will be directed to the LOGIN page.
  • Enter your email and password to log in.

3. Using the Main Features

Basic Tips & Explanations:

Traded Items: When a trade is complete, the items you swapped will appear under your “Traded Items” history and disappear from your closet.

Closet: Add your clothes to your virtual closet by clicking “Add to Closet.” Upload pictures or videos with item details, and it will show up in your profile.

Closet Wishes: If there’s a closet or specific item you’re eyeing for a future trade, simply add it to your “Closet Wishes” list to keep track.

Pending Requests: This section shows users who are interested in chatting about items in your closet. You can accept or decline their request to discuss.

Trade Orders: When a trade offer is made, it will show up under Trade Orders. Here, you can review the offer and select the items you want to trade. Once everything’s set, the trade will move to your “Traded Items” history.

Boutique Section: In the Boutique section, users can claim clothes using the buttons they’ve accumulated or bought. Once claimed, the item can be delivered directly to you or picked up at the Woucloo location. 


4. How To Get Buttons

There are several ways to get buttons to help with your trading experience:

  • Free Button on Signup: Once you register on Woucloo, you’ll automatically receive 1,000 free buttons to get started.
  • Buy Buttons: You can purchase additional buttons to advertise your items or boost your profile on the homepage.
  • Referral Program: Invite your friends to join Woucloo, and earn buttons when they sign up.
  • Promo Codes: Redeem special promo codes for bonus buttons that can be added to your account.
  • Earn During Trades: You can receive buttons from other users during a trade to help balance the value of the items being exchanged.

Try refreshing the page to load missing information.

Need to reset your password?
Go to the login page, enter your email, and click "Send." You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

Can I delete my Woucloo account?
Yes, you can! Once requested, the deletion process takes up to 30 days.

What are buttons used for?
Buttons are Woucloo’s currency. They help promote your items, get your profile noticed, and equalize value differences during trades.

Can I get a refund for buttons?
Refunds for buttons are possible depending on the situation. For example, if you had a bad experience with another user, buttons can be refunded to your account balance.

Can I get a refund for a subscription?
Yes, you can! For monthly subscriptions, you can request a refund within 7 days. For annual subscriptions, refunds are available within 30 days.

What happens if I’m banned?
If you’re banned, your account information won’t be available if you try to create a new one. However, you can appeal by contacting support.

Can I delete my message history?
No, message history can’t be deleted for security reasons.
