1. Introduction
Welcome to Woucloo, the platform where you can Buy, Trade, and Sell clothes with ease! If you have clothes you no longer wear, you can trade them for something you love or sell them to make extra cash. Whether it's shoes, jackets, or anything else, the Boutique is where you'll find it all.
The Boutique is the heart of Woucloo, where you can browse and interact with all available items for buying, trading, and selling.
To help get your items noticed, you can use buttons Woucloo’s virtual currency.
How Buttons Work:
Buttons are used to boost the visibility of your listings, ensuring your items appear at the top of the list.
You can use buttons to advertise your items and boost your virtual closet on the homepage.
Woucloo is always free to use, but buttons are required for these promotional actions.
2. Getting Started
Sign Up for Woucloo
Go to the Sign Up page.
Complete the form with:
- Name
- Email Address
- Password (at least 8 characters)
Click Sign Up.
Verify your email by clicking the link in the verification email.
After verifying, log in and start exploring Woucloo!
3. Using the Main Features
Explore the Boutique
The Boutique is the place where you can see all the clothes available for buying, trading, or selling:
- Buy: Find clothes listed for sale by other users.
- Trade: Swap clothes with others for free, using buttons to boost your visibility and increase the chances of a successful trade.
- Sell: List your clothes by adding them to the Boutique and setting your price.
Closet
Your Closet is where you can manage the clothes you want to trade or sell:
To add an item to your closet:
- Click Add to Closet
- Upload pictures or videos and fill in item details
- Your item will appear in the Boutique for others to see.
Closet Boosting
To get your virtual closet featured on the homepage, use buttons:
Buttons will help you boost the visibility of your closet and increase the chances of getting noticed by other users.
Pending Requests
This section shows users who are interested in your items and would like to discuss potential trades. You can either accept or decline these requests.
Trade Orders
When you make a trade offer, it will show up in the Trade Orders section. You can review the offer, select the items you want to trade, and once confirmed, the trade will be completed and added to your Traded Items history.
4. How to Buy Clothes on Woucloo
Step 1: Add Items to Your Bag
- When you find an item you want to purchase, click Add to Bag. This works just like adding items to a cart on other e-commerce sites.
Step 2: View Your Bag and Checkout
- Once you've added all the items you want to purchase, click on the handbag icon (located in the top navigation bar) or click on Checkout from the navbar.
- This will show you the prices of the products, the user you're purchasing from, and any applicable taxes.
Step 3: Payment and Shipping Information
- After reviewing your order, proceed to the next page, where you'll need to input your shipping information (like your address).
- You’ll also need to agree to the terms of payment and proceed with payment.
Step 4: Completing Your Payment
- Woucloo supports credit card payments. After entering your credit card information, the payment will be processed securely.
- Once the payment is complete, the money will go to the vendor (the person selling the item) and be stored in their wallet on Woucloo.
Step 5: Transfer Funds to the Vendor’s Bank
- After the vendor receives the payment in their Woucloo wallet, they can transfer the funds to their bank account.
- Your transaction is safe and simple just like any other e-commerce platform.
Step 6: Contacting the Seller
- You can always message the seller on Woucloo for more details about the item or if you have any questions.
- Simply go to the product listing page and click Message Seller to start a conversation.

6. How to Get Buttons
Earn Buttons
When you sign up for Woucloo, you get 1,000 free buttons to start with! Here's how you can earn or get more:
- Free Buttons on Signup: Get 1,000 free buttons just for joining.
- Purchase Buttons: Buy additional buttons to advertise your items and boost your closet on the homepage.
- Referral Program: Invite your friends to join Woucloo and earn buttons when they sign up.
- Promo Codes: Use special promo codes to earn bonus buttons.
- Earn During Trades: Receive buttons during trades to balance the value of your exchanged items.

Yes, you can request account deletion. The process may take up to 30 days.
What are buttons used for?

Can I get a refund for buttons?
Refunds for buttons are available depending on the situation. For example, if you have a negative experience with another user, we may refund your buttons.
Can I get a refund for a subscription?
Yes, you can request a refund:
- Within 7 days for monthly subscriptions.
- Within 30 days for annual subscriptions.
What happens if I’m banned?
Your account will be suspended, and you won’t be able to create a new account. You may appeal by contacting support.
Can I delete my message history?
No, message history can’t be deleted for security reasons.
